PRODUCT LINE A company's present and future product line is evaluated. A determination is
made as to whether it is comparable (score of 3), superior (score of 5), or inferior
(score of 1) to its competitors'. |
INSIGHT Management's potential is estimated. Based on conversations with company officials,
we try to determine if they have a grasp of their current situation (score
of 3), have a coherent correction plan (score of 5), or appear to be lost
(score of 1). |
